About Miss Morton My name is Mandy Morton, and I am looking forward to being your child's kindergarten teacher this year. It’s going to be a full year of fun, learning and many adventures! I can’t wait to see what the year has in store for us, and I thought you might like to know some things about me. I grew up here in Troy, Michigan where I went to Hill Elem., Larson M.S. and then Athens H.S. After high school, I went to Michigan State University. I graduated with a degree in Elementary Education, with a focus in Science (my favorite subject)! I will be completing my Masters degree from MSU in December, focusing in Curriculum and Instruction. This is my third year at Barnard and I previously taught in Detroit, Michigan.
